As I prepare for my upcoming 4-month design journey, I’ve chosen to begin this adventure with Monos.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating closely with this travel and lifestyle brand, contributing to various creative projects. I’ve witnessed their evolution from a small, dedicated trio to a flourishing team of warm and talented individuals. My role extends to designing their Everywear clothing collection—a sustainable capsule defined by easy-care, understated, and enduring designs.

In an effort to minimize my environmental impact during this journey, I’ve set myself the challenge of traveling with only cabin luggage. Yes, just a personal item and a carry-on for four months! Having relied on one of Monos’ first-generation suitcases for my longer trips, I’m well acquainted with the durability and reliability of their products. Naturally, I couldn’t imagine embarking on this journey without one.

Let me share a glimpse of the many places around the world I’ve explored with my Monos luggage. I’ve been using the Terracotta Carry-On Plus, but for this trip, I’ll be downsizing to their standard Carry-On to meet the cabin requirements of smaller planes. It’s all part of fully embracing that jetsetter mindset for this adventure!
